Converting unit
• Rotary cutting system to slit tissue longitudinally
• Tissue tension control
• Tissue reel holder with pneumatic block; max reel diam. 1000 mm; max reel width: 600 mm
• Accordion folding unit: interchangeable longitudinal folding device
• Cross folding blade device

Soaking system
• Two individual soaking tanks equipped with doser pump and liquid level control
• Two couple of squeezing cylinder for adjustable pressure of tissue, for tissue feeding into the soaking tanks and for removal of excess liquid at exit
• Wipes cutting unit with adjustable knife
• Belts unit for wipes transfer on the lower film of the packaging machine

Flow-wrapper
• Single lower reel-holder unit, with pneumatic block
• Longitudinal sealing unit adjustable in width with 3 units of feeding wheels and film sealing
• Rotating sealing jaws unit
• Outfeed belt for finished products
• Machine according with CE rules
