Why we won?
Customer was facing serious problem of integrating Inkjet printer with parent packaging machine using two Photo Sensors. None of the printers (includes some big names) were having a reliable Printhead that could sustain rigours of 32 strokes of around 900mm travel per minute, nonstop for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Printhead cleaning thrice a shift was also a big problem for customer.
We were able to prove the reliability over a 30 day trial (0 failures) and a lower hourly solvent consumption. The single factor that customer did not need to clean the heads during the entire 30 days trial helped us to win the case.
